Every 100,000 eligible POTLET held in your wallet gives you one ticket automatically. Your minimum balance throughout the full five-minute round determines your tickets. Connecting a wallet only displays your balance; it does not enroll you.
Creator fees can fund the jackpot after the fee route is enabled. The entire recorded pot belongs to one winner. Transaction and verification costs are funded separately.
Each five-minute round locks its jackpot and ticket distribution before the designated future randomness is available. Closing a round starts the beacon wait; it does not guarantee immediate settlement.
A public drand beacon determines the winning ticket. Its threshold BLS signature is checked by the contract. Anyone can inspect the frozen inputs and independently verify the result.
At settlement, the contract automatically sends 100% of the pot to the winning wallet. A delayed beacon keeps the draw pending. If a wallet rejects payment, its full prize stays reserved for a delivery retry.
